The long-awaited launch of the second part of “The Temple of Light” trilogy, The Initiation, took place at the National Library. The artist and author Hristo Mihailov presented his novel to friends, acquaintances and admirers. The novel was published with the support of ProBooks.
Hristo Mihailov creates magical worlds of fiction interwoven with the truths of life. Drawing on his knowledge of chivalry and the way of the samurai, he passes it on to his readers in a tale full of every human emotion, good and bad.
Thousands of years ago, a chieftain-priest will attain knowledge that will change the course of humanity.
In the Middle Ages, a Knight Templar will have to endure many trials and travel half the world to save that knowledge from destruction and revive the Light in the Temple.
In our own day, an ordinary man will learn that fate has chosen him to be one of the guardians of the Light, and he will have to find a way to reach its temple so that he can purify and renew it. Along the way he will have to uncover long-kept secrets and learn truths that many would rather keep veiled.
For the Guardians of the Temple have a mission they were destined for millennia ago: to protect the purified Light and revive it every ten centuries, so that darkness does not fall upon the world.
